Saw a 75 inch TV at a store in Reno marked $98, cashier said the price was right, then a manager came running over

That "$98 cashier said the price was right" part is doing a lot of work, because a cashier saying it doesn't actually mean the price IS right. Stores can pull a wrong tag and the cashier just rings what's in the system, but a manager RUNNING over is the tell that something got messed up. If they honor it you got a steal, but don't be shocked if they say the tag was a mistake and swap it out.
