That $35 dash cam from a flash sale died on day 4, and I finally get why reviews said "you get what you pay for"
Ordered a dash cam last Tuesday for $35 from one of those 24 hour flash sale sites that pop up in my feed. It showed up in two days, which felt great, and it even turned on and recorded a test clip in my driveway. Day 4 on I-40 near Raleigh it just went black mid drive and never came back, no power, dead. The seller's site was gone by Friday, same URL, just a blank page with a "store unavailable" line. My $35 was gone and I couldn't even leave a review anywhere. Here's what bugs me though, the listing had 900 reviews and almost all of them were 5 stars, which now makes zero sense. Has anyone found a way to spot these seller pages that fold up shop right after a sale?
