My 15 year old spreadsheet on moving costs is off by 22% now

I keep a simple sheet for every move we quote, tracking mileage, crew size, and packing materials. Last week I ran the numbers from 2019 against current jobs and the fuel line alone jumped 22%. But the weird part is our packing tape cost went down, because we switched to paper wrap for dishes back in March. I thought the sheet would still hold up, but it's basically guessing now. Has anyone else found their old pricing data is useless after the last few years? How do you know when to reset your baseline?

Wait, didn't you also swap to different trucks back in 2021, which throws off all your old fuel numbers anyway?
