Spent $60 on a "premium" allergy app and now I'm comparing its pollen counts to my city's free official readings
The app said "high" today (like, 9.2 out of 10) but the airport station 3 miles from me showed 4.1 on the same scale. Turned out the app just averages a whole metro area, which is 40 miles wide here, so of course it's off. Anyone else paying for a data app and later realizing the free public source was more local?
