Wait, 43 followers? That's not a news page, that's like a page someone made for their family reunion. I can't believe your coworker just passed that along like it was legit reporting. A real local news outlet would have a website, actual reporters, and way more than 43 people paying attention. The fact that a cancer cluster story got shared from a page with that few followers is wild to me. People really need to look at where stuff comes from before they hit share. That's how fake panic spreads around town.
