That viral 2019 tornado clip resurfaced again with a new timestamp

Last week I saw a video claiming to show a tornado ripping through Joplin, Missouri on May 22, 2011, but the watermark said 2019 and the sky color looked off. I pulled up the original news footage from KSNF and matched the exact tree line, the clouds were different and the debris pattern didn't line up. Three years ago the same clip got debunked by a meteorology forum for using a Kansas storm from 2016, yet here it is again with a fresh caption. Is this just lazy reposting or are people actively farming engagement off disaster nostalgia? Has anyone else caught a recycled old clip that keeps getting a new date slapped on it?
