That viral 'stop eating seed oils' video has a huge flaw nobody's talking about

My aunt sent me that TikTok where a guy claims seed oils cause all inflammation. I looked up his sources and found he cited a 1995 rat study that has nothing to do with humans. But then I saw another doctor debunking that with a 2023 meta analysis showing olive oil and canola oil are fine in normal amounts. So which side is actually right here? Has anyone traced the original study citations back to see if they hold up?

My biology degree reads like an endorsement for Crisco, so I'm clearly unqualified here.

Trying keto cleared up my brain fog and leveled out my energy way better than any diet ever did.

Three people I work with all tried keto last year and every single one of them dropped about 15 pounds without any of that hangry crash feeling. It makes me wonder how much of our daily tiredness is just from eating carbs all day long, like toast for breakfast and a sandwich for lunch then pasta for dinner. Even my cousin's husband who is a total skeptic said his knees stopped hurting after a few months on it.
