Just saw the same 'miracle cure' clip from 2019 reposted with a new date stamp

It says it's from last Tuesday but the watermark matches a deleted channel I remember from 2019, so how do we even track these reskins when the original source file is gone, has anyone else caught a repost that swapped the timestamp?
