Hit 1,000 blog reads in a month and 940 were from one obscure post

I run a tiny local history blog, mostly for fun, and last month I crossed 1,000 views for the first time ever. Turns out 940 of those came from a post I wrote in 20 minutes about a forgotten streetcar route in Omaha from the 1920s. That was the one where I just listed old newspaper clippings and a rough map, no fancy formatting at all. It got linked by some local Facebook group and suddenly people I've never met were commenting about their grandparents riding it. I'm trying to figure out if that's just a one-hit wonder or if there's a pattern in what actually gets shared. Has anyone else seen a random old post suddenly explode like that, and did you manage to repeat it?

Ngl, I heard the streetcar post went viral because old photos always hit different for locals.
