Just realized why my old mentor swore by paper notes over apps
Been using note apps for years, thought the old guy was just stuck in his ways. Then last month I lost a whole project history when my phone bricked during a client call in Portland. He always said paper can't crash, and after digging through my backups I found nothing useful. Now I'm back to a simple notebook for field sketches and quick measurements. Anyone else found the analog route holds up better for deep work?
