Swapped from click-up to Asana for our team project tracker and the difference was night and day
My team of 5 was using click-up for about 8 months and we kept losing tasks in nested folders. I finally moved everything over to Asana last month and we finished our quarterly report 3 days early. Anyone else find a tool that just clicked better once you made the switch?

Dude the whole nested folders thing in ClickUp drove me insane. We lost so many tasks in those subfolders it was like they just vanished into thin air. Asana's list view is way more straightforward for us, no more digging through 5 layers to find something.

Oh man, I spent like 3 hours one Tuesday just trying to find a single task in ClickUp's folder maze. I had it buried under "Client Projects > 2023 > Q4 > Marketing > Website Updates" or something ridiculous like that (and I never found it, by the way). The search function couldn't even dig it up, so I just gave up and recreated the whole thing from scratch. Asana's list view is such a breath of fresh air because everything is right there in plain sight, no digging required. It's like the difference between a cluttered desk with stacks of papers and a clean whiteboard where you can see every note at a glance.
