That one Friday where I delivered to a house with a sign saying I forgive you
I was on my regular route in Oakwood last Friday and saw a handwritten sign on a front door that said I forgive you. No context, no name, just those three words on printer paper taped to the glass. Made me spend the whole rest of the day wondering what happened there. Anyone else ever run into random signs that made you stop and think about the backstory?

That "I forgive you" sign probably just means someone owes them money.

Saw a story last week about a woman who put up a sign like that after her neighbor's dog kept getting loose and digging up her garden. She forgave them but the dog still ran wild, so it was more about making peace with the situation than actual money. Funny how people read those signs differently depending on their own experiences though. What do you think drives people to put something like that out in public?
