Man those little things always get you. I learned the hard way to just check the screw head before I start instead of grabbing whatever's closest in the drawer.

Three attempts at the same dimmer switch over here because I kept stripping the screw heads with a Philips when I needed a flathead. Ended up having to borrow my neighbor's impact driver to get the old plate off. My fingers were cramping up by the time I finally got it all working. Ever had a tool fail on you mid-job like that?

Grabbed a flathead that was too small and completely rounded off a screw, had to drill the whole thing out instead.
