Vent: Blew $300 on a cheap pressure washer from an online deal

I saw this ad for a pressure washer at 60 percent off and jumped on it back in March. Figured it was a no name brand but the specs looked solid on paper. First use it sprayed water everywhere except where I aimed it. Second use the hose fitting cracked and water shot out the back. By the third wash the motor started smoking and just died. I spent more time fixing the thing than actually using it. Should have just saved up for a name brand one from the local store. Anyone else get burned by one of those too good to be true deals?

Bet my money would've been better spent on a nice dinner that I'd also mess up somehow.
