Just hit 1,000 spray foam hours and my lungs are telling me something

I kept track because my spray rig has a timer and it rolled past 1,000 hours on a job outside Tucson last week. That number hit me hard because I started wearing a proper respirator at hour 800, and before that I used those cheap paper masks for two years. My breathing test came back borderline and the doc said the dust and fumes from desert stucco work plus the foam chemicals stack up fast. Has anyone else gotten a lung check after doing foam work in the heat for that long and what did your numbers look like?
