Yeah my buddy got one and, like @adam_baker said, his back pain just vanished.

Honestly, the biggest surprise for me was how it changed my posture. I used to hunch over a sketchbook for hours and my back would kill me. Now I can sit up straight and look forward at the screen, it's way better for my neck.

My chiropractor told me last month that 90% of his artist patients have the same hunching problem. I totally get what @adam_baker is saying about the sketchbook posture, it absolutely wrecks your shoulders after a while. Switching to a screen you can look straight at makes such a huge difference. It feels like you're finally working WITH your body instead of fighting it all day.
