The color shift after I swapped my monitor profile was wild

I've been posting my fantasy landscapes for about a year now, and last week I finally calibrated my monitor with a rented SpyderX. My old setup made everything look way too warm, so my purples and blues had this orange tint I never noticed. After the calibration, I had to redo the color grading on my last 12 pieces because they looked completely different, almost like a whole new series. Has anyone else had that moment where you realize your gallery view was off the whole time, or do you just trust your screen as is?

Saw a photographer say on YouTube their old files were basically unsalvageable after calibration, so you got off lucky.
