Found a way to stop my browser from crashing with 40+ tabs open

I switched to using Safari's tab groups feature last week and it actually saved my 2019 MacBook from choking on all those recipe and project tabs I never close, has anyone else had luck with a similar approach?

Forty tabs? That sounds less like a browser problem and more like a digital hoarding situation.

Digital hoarding is a little dramatic. It's just tabs. People act like it's some kind of psychological condition now. I've had thirty tabs open before and it's just messy not a mental health crisis. Like let's save that label for people actually hoarding physical junk. Not browser windows.

@casey818 I mean "digital hoarding" feels like a pretty strong way to put it, but is there really that much of a difference? How many tabs do you usually have open before you start feeling overwhelmed?
