Hit 50,000 unread emails and finally saw the light
I've been ignoring my inbox for years. Just kept marking stuff as unread thinking I'd get back to it. Then I got a notification on my phone last month that said I hit 50,000 unread emails. Fifty thousand! That's more than the population of my whole town. I sat there and thought about how much time I waste scrolling through junk trying to find one important message from a client. My buddy who runs a repair shop told me he started using folders and filters to sort his invoices and it changed his life. So I spent a whole Sunday setting up a system where anything from my dog grooming clients goes straight into a "Clients" folder, newsletters go to a different one, and bills auto-delete after 30 days. Now I'm down to about 200 unread and I actually feel like I can breathe. Has anyone else hit a crazy number that made them finally change? What was yours?

Bills auto-delete after 30 days" is genius, I might steal that idea.

srsly tho best life hack ive found. used to have like 20 tabs open for random bills and it was a mess. now i just set everything on autopay and forget it. 30 day auto delete wouldve saved me so much headache back then.
