The day I realized my 'organized' downloads folder was a lie
Last month I needed an old rent receipt for my landlord, so I searched my computer and found 4,000+ files in my Downloads folder. I had folders inside folders named 'final_FINAL_v2' and I actually thought that was being tidy. What tipped me off was trying to find one PDF and watching the loading wheel spin for 20 seconds while it searched. Has anyone else had that moment where you bragged about your system but it was really just a pile with labels?
