Heads up about the coworking space in Cusco, Peru

I was working from there last month and the internet went down for almost two full days after a storm. The staff was nice but couldn't fix it, and I missed a deadline. Has anyone found a reliable backup spot in that city?

That internet outage sounds brutal, missing a deadline is the worst. Always have a backup plan in cities like Cusco where the infrastructure can be spotty. The public library near the main square sometimes has decent wifi, and a few cafes on the side streets away from the plaza keep their own generators. It's worth buying a cheap local SIM card with data just for emergencies too. Never rely on just one place's connection down there.

Honestly, having three backup plans feels like a lot of work. Sometimes you just have to accept the spotty wifi as part of the travel experience, you know?

The cafe on Calle Tigre has its own backup generator for power outages.

Yeah I used to think like grace but missing one big work thing changed my mind fast. Getting that local SIM card is a lifesaver, like julia said.
