The free counseling service my lawyer recommended actually helped me more than I expected

I was dead set against it thinking it was just a way to bill my ex more, but after 4 sessions with a woman named Helen in Arlington I actually started sleeping through the night for the first time in months, has anyone else given something like that a shot against your better judgment?

Right, like talking to someone about your problems is just gonna make the lawyers richer. Glad you're sleeping though, free sleep is the best kind.
