Had an electrician in Portland tell me my grounding clamp was wrong
He pointed at my water pipe clamp and said that setup will turn your whole house into a ground rod if lightning hits, so anyone else ever get told their grounding is way off after they already finished the job?

Yeah my buddy in Seattle had the exact same thing happen to him with his water pipe clamp after a rough inspection. I mean I thought mine was fine too but apparently those old-school setups are a bigger deal than people realize.
