Rant: My dad watched me install a new light fixture

He just stood there in my kitchen in Phoenix and said, 'You know, you can shut the whole circuit off at the panel, not just the switch.' I'd been getting shocked for years because I never thought to check. Anyone have a simple way to label a messy breaker box?

Actually, you should always turn it off at the panel, not just the switch.

Yeah, good luck figuring out which one is which lol. @emmamason is right, but good luck even finding the right switch in that mess.
