The shower squeegee I laughed at finally won me over

My wife bought a $6 squeegee from the dollar store last year and I rolled my eyes so hard. I thought it was just another gadget that would sit in the corner. But after I finally tried it on our glass shower door last month, I saw zero water spots for the first time in ages. The old cleaning routine with spray and scrubbing took me like 15 minutes every week. Now I just run the squeegee over the doors after each shower, takes maybe 30 seconds. The glass stays clear and I haven't had to use harsh chemicals at all. Has anyone else been shocked by how well a simple squeegee works on shower doors?

Is it really that serious to squeegee right after every shower, seems a bit much.

Close, but you're still spending 30 seconds on it when you should be hitting it right after every single shower before the water dries. That's the real trick, you can't let those droplets sit for even an hour or the minerals start bonding. Once you get into that habit your glass will stay spotless for months without any chemicals at all.
