My laser level lied to me on a $3,000 kitchen job in Austin
Set up my rotary laser on a tripod, ran the whole cabinet layout off its line, then found out the self-leveling mechanism was stuck and it was off by a quarter inch across 20 feet, so now I'm tearing out upper cabinets and redoing them today, has anyone else had a Leica unit fail on them like this?

A Leica that craps out on a big job hurts, man. @thomasgonzalez is wrong though, a quarter inch across 20 feet will mess up your reveals and gaps every time.
