Showerthought: I thought the old 8-inch cutter head on the Lake Erie job was a waste of time to swap. A guy from the Buffalo crew showed me his logs and I was wrong.

Sometimes the old way is the old way for a reason. Data from the field beats a gut feeling every time. It's good you were open to seeing those logs instead of just sticking to your first idea. That kind of stuff is how real experience gets built.
