Spent a whole shift in Mobile just trying to get the suction head unclogged from a buried rubber boot.

That thing was wedged in there so tight it took us from 7 AM until almost 3 PM to finally cut it free with a torch and a come-along, so what's the weirdest thing you've ever pulled up that really jammed the works?

It's wild how complex they are when you get into the details. Watching a rebuild makes you realize it's basically a bunch of small, perfectly timed explosions. The fact we trust thousands of moving parts to work every single time is kind of crazy. Makes you appreciate the engineering, even in a basic daily driver.

Honestly I used to think that was just a joke. But then I saw a video of one being built from scratch and it blew my mind. Totally changed how I see cars now.
