That RAPID breakdown usually means your water ratio was off from the start. Nailing the mix prevents the whole bomb-defusing panic.

Funny, I used to believe the exact ratio wasn't that big a deal. Gray230 is right though, getting that mix wrong is where the real trouble starts.
