Spent $150 on a 'smart' breaker panel that bricked after 3 days

Bought this fancy panel from some startup thinking it'd save me time on service calls. Thing just stopped communicating with the app and now I'm stuck with a dumb box that cost me triple what a normal one runs. Anyone else jump on a techy panel and regret it?

Honestly that's brutal, I had almost the exact same thing happen with a smart panel I grabbed last year. Tbh the app stopped working on day two and the company's support just ghosted me after a few emails. Ngl I ended up just ripping it out and going back to a basic setup, was a huge waste of money.

Yeah @quinnm77, ain't that the truth. Sometimes old school is just better.

Guess the apps just wanted to save you some money on electricity by not working at all.
