Cleaning out my closet brought back memories of early skincare days
I stumbled upon my first set of practice masks from beauty school while organizing old boxes. They were just plain clay mixes in basic tubs, nothing fancy. Today, I rely on enzyme peels and microcurrent devices for similar treatments. It's funny how the simple stuff feels like ancient history now.

Honestly, my friend's first beauty school clay mask is now a brick.

Seeing those old clay masks reminds me how much has changed. But about them turning into bricks, that's pretty normal for clay-based products left unused. They dry out because the moisture evaporates over time. It doesn't mean the mask was low quality, it's just how natural ingredients age. In beauty school, those were for practice and not meant to be kept for years. Today's products are made to last, but simple clay still works if you use it fresh.
