Finally figured out how to get rid of those stubborn milia under the eyes
After years of struggling with tiny milia on a client who had super thin skin, I started using a gentle salicylic acid peel at 15% and it cleared them in 3 sessions! Has anyone else found a good technique for under-eye milia without damaging the skin?

My esthetician buddy swears by those little lancet tools for milia, but I've always been too scared to try that near my own eyes. The 15% salicylic acid approach makes a lot of sense though, especially for thin skin where you really gotta be careful. I've got a client who gets those tiny white bumps and we've had the best luck with gentle lactic acid peels instead, just because her skin gets so red with anything stronger. It's a relief to hear someone else found a method that works without wrecking the skin barrier.

And that low strength really makes all the difference for avoiding irritation too.

Isn't it funny how we get so used to thinking stronger is always better? @ivan_harris Your point about lower strength avoiding irritation applies to a bunch of things, like how I switched to a milder dish soap and my hands don't crack anymore. It makes me think we probably overdo it on a lot of stuff when just enough works fine.
