Ugh, juice cleanses are such a trap. I fell for it years ago, drinking that green stuff thinking it was a health boost. It just left me hungry, shaky, and my skin looked worse. It really is just a bunch of sugar hitting your system all at once, no better than that bagel spike they're talking about. Makes you see all that "detox" stuff in a whole new light.

My mom's a nurse and she showed me the charts once, it's wild. A plain bagel or a big glass of orange juice can shoot it up like a rocket. It's crazy how things that seem kinda healthy can mess with your system that fast. Makes you rethink breakfast for real lol.

At a family dinner, my cousin's glucose monitor spiked like crazy after he had a bagel. @jana_young it's wild how fast that happens, makes you think twice about breakfast lol.
