I remember when my first week's schedule had 3 names on it, all friends. Anyone else get a number that made them pause and think 'wow, we're really doing this'?

Nice. That's a solid milestone. Frame a screenshot of that 100th review and hang it inside the truck. It's a good look for customers. Also, tell your buddy to pick his favorite three reviews and turn them into simple social media posts. Just a photo of the food with a quote from the review. Easy content that really works.
