Looking back at my first wax warmer versus the one I bought this year

My first kit had a basic metal pot that took forever to heat up and cooled down fast. I finally upgraded to a digital warmer with a ceramic insert about six months ago. The temperature stays exact, the wax is way easier to clean, and my clients have said it feels smoother. Anyone else notice a huge difference after switching to a digital setup?

Honestly I still prefer my old metal pot. The digital ones feel fussy and I got a better routine down with the basics.

My grandma boiled water in the same tin kettle for forty years and her tea was fine. I get what @adams.vera says about the convenience, but it's just hot water in the end. The whole digital thing feels like solving a problem that never existed. My old stove top pot does the job without needing another plug or beeping at me.
