Spent $400 on a hydrafacial machine from Amazon and it was a total scam

I bought one of those at-home hydrafacial devices off Amazon for around $400 last month thinking it would save me money. After three uses the suction stopped working completely, and when I tried to get a refund the seller ghosted me. Anyone else get burned by cheap esthetician equipment online?

Mine is still working fine a month in, maybe you just got a lemon.

Yeah but danielr99 you got lucky I think. Most of these things are hit or miss right out the box. I've seen like 5 posts this week alone about people sending theirs back.
