That $45 'miracle' stain remover I saw on Instagram turned my white shirt orange in 20 seconds.
I followed the directions exactly and it basically dyed the fabric, so now I'm out the shirt and the money and wondering if anyone else got burned by that brand that keeps popping up in my feed.

That $45 price tag should have been the first red flag honestly. I mean, I saw the same ad with those dramatic before and after videos of a ketchup stain disappearing in like 5 seconds. But I watched a review from a girl on TikTok who tested it on an old pizza stain and it turned her whole shirt a weird yellowish brown color, not even close to white. The brand's customer service apparently just sends a copy-paste message about user error or something. Maybe it's just me but I feel like anything that promises 'miracle' results at that price point is probably just some imported chemical mix with no real testing.

Bet your money it's just repackaged OxiClean that they added some weird cheap dye to. I saw that pizza stain video too and laughed my ass off because how do you mess up a stain remover that bad? Customer service probably ghosted her after the standard "you didn't follow the instructions" robotic reply. Honestly $45 is like gambling at a gas station you know you're losing but you try anyway. At least if I buy a bottle of bleach for $3 I know exactly what I'm getting and it won't turn my clothes into a science experiment gone wrong.

So @quinnm77, did the TikTok girl ever try to get a refund or did she just eat the $45 and move on?
