Just dropped $400 on a new hoof stand and it's already paid for itself
I was working on a big draft horse last week and my old stand was wobbling so bad I could barely rasp. I bit the bullet and got a heavy-duty one from a local supplier. Used it on three horses yesterday and the difference was night and day, my back feels way better and I got through the jobs faster. It was a big chunk of cash upfront but I should have done it years ago. What's the one tool you guys bought that you wish you hadn't waited so long to get?

My old stand from Tractor Supply is still going strong after eight years.

My Tractor Supply stand only lasted two years before it gave up. Guess @elliot_mason62 got the good one from that batch. My replacement is already looking a bit shaky.

Hold up, you spent four hundred bucks on a hoof stand? That's a whole different level than the basic ones I see around. I knew the good ones were pricey but that number still makes my eyes water. Must be built like a tank to cost that much, but if your back feels better and the work is faster, I guess it really is worth it. Makes me wonder if my aching shoulders are from my own cheap tools. What brand did you even get for that kind of money?
