Ordered 3 identical shirts from Shein and they all fit different sizes

Spent a whole afternoon measuring each one against a ruler and realized the cutting pattern is just totally random per batch. Has anyone else noticed how inconsistent the sizing is on those $5 shirts?

Take the tags off and lay them flat on a table. Measure the pit to pit across the chest and from the collar to the hem. Write it down. Then you can match up the sizes by measurements instead of the tag. I've had the same three shirts from fast fashion places vary by almost two inches in the chest. Keep the ones that fit the same and send the others back. They usually refund no questions asked since they know the quality control is bad.

Dude, isn't it wild how much the same shirt can change from one order to the next? I had this one black T-shirt from a popular place, bought two of them at the same time, and one was almost a full size bigger in the body but the sleeves were shorter. It's like they're made by different people every day. Taylor's method works, I do the same thing now with jeans too. I measure the waist and inseam on every pair because I've gotten the same size that was too tight and another that fell off. It's a pain but beats the cycle of ordering and returning all the time.

Taylor957's got the right idea but I'd take it further and snap a pic of the measuring tape on the shirt so you can compare later.
