Serious question, has anyone else had a Shein order where the item that showed up was a completely different color than the picture?
I ordered what looked like a nice olive green jacket from their site last week, but the thing that arrived is this weird, almost neon lime shade that I'd never wear... so now I'm stuck with return shipping that costs almost as much as the jacket itself.

Yeah, the color thing is a total gamble with them. I've started only buying stuff where the reviews have actual customer photos, not just the stock images. Even then, it's a toss-up.

Their photos must be taken under a blacklight in a different dimension. What even is their color calibration process, guessing?

Wasn't there a whole article about how some sites just use the same bad filters on everything? I saw @quinnm77's point about checking reviews, but even those can look weird sometimes.
