Paid $9 for a breakfast burrito that was just scrambled eggs and tortilla

I mean, I get that fast food places mess up sometimes, but this was next level. Stopped at a drive thru in Austin around 8am yesterday and ordered their breakfast burrito with bacon and potato. Got home, unwrapped it, and it was literally just scrambled eggs inside a flour tortilla. No bacon, no potato, no cheese, no salsa. Just egg blanket wrapped in bread. For $9. I didn't even bother going back because the line was 20 cars deep, but has anyone else gotten a stripped down version of something like this?

One time I paid $7 for a "loaded" baked potato from a food truck in Dallas and it was literally just a plain baked potato with a squirt of ketchup. I swear some places just count on people driving off before they check.
