After my own tests, ferments don't solve mental health like many claim

Honestly, I keep hearing how fermented foods erase anxiety. Tbh, I made kefir and kimchi for a year straight. Ngl, my gut felt better but my mind stayed cloudy. For instance, my buddy still had panic attacks despite daily kombucha. I think we push ferments too hard for mood fixes. It's more about balance, not just one food group. So, let's not expect miracles from jars on the counter.

No way, your friend still had panic attacks even with daily kombucha? That's wild, people talk about that stuff like it's magic.

See this is exactly what more people need to say. Feel like every wellness trend gets sold as a cure-all. Your gut might feel great but that doesn't automatically rewire your brain chemistry, right? Why do we keep looking for one simple fix in a jar? Mental health is so much bigger than what you eat. It's about therapy, stress, sleep, and yeah maybe some good food too, but not just one thing.

Why does every health thing turn into "just do this one trick" lately? Like we all want that one simple answer so bad, but life's never that easy lol.
