What did they mean by that, @fionam11? That line really hits a nerve, like your actual skill doesn't count if you're also the one in charge. It's such a cheap way to talk down to someone who's clearly doing both jobs. I feel for whoever they said that to, it's just plain rude. Makes you wonder why some folks have to be so dismissive.
