I finally got a call from a wedding planner in Savannah for a huge last-minute order

It was last Thursday, and they needed 40 centerpieces by Saturday for a venue that had a florist cancel. I had to call in two friends to help process all the peonies and ranunculus. We worked until 2 AM both nights, but the final setup looked amazing. Has anyone else pulled off a massive rush job like that, and how did you price it?

Managed a 200-cupcake rush once... my kitchen looked like a flour bomb went off. Charged a "please never do this to me again" fee.

That "never again" fee is a total mood. My back hurts just thinking about that much baking. You earned every penny of that charge.

Wow, 40 centerpieces in two days is wild. I mean, how do you even figure out the price for something that crazy? Like @hannah_fisher58 mentioned a "never again" fee, but with flowers, is it just a huge markup on the last-minute plants, or do you charge more for the labor too? I'd be worried about scaring off a future client.
