Guess that's why they call it 'integrity' and not 'extra money'. Nice to know some people still have that setting.

Stick to your guns even when a quick payout looks good. You'll sleep better at night and keep your name clear. I've seen people take the easy money and lose all trust. It's not worth the short term gain if it ruins relationships. Always check if the deal fits with what you stand for.

Hear @wilson.lee talk about integrity and it's wild. Seen folks take easy payouts all the time. Like a buddy who faked inspection reports for a quick bonus. Got caught immediately. Fired and blacklisted from every firm in town. Still can't believe he thought that was a smart move.
