Pro tip: I dropped $400 on a 'client finder' course that was total garbage
It promised a system to get high-paying clients in 30 days, but the advice was just to spam LinkedIn with generic messages. I wasted that money and two weeks of my time following their useless steps. What's a real way to find good clients that doesn't involve buying some guru's overpriced PDF?

Look at the jenny comment. The system clearly works for some people. Maybe you just didn't execute it right.

My friend actually landed her best client from a similar course's LinkedIn script. Sometimes the system works if you put in the real effort to personalize it.

Yeah, but that's the key right there, personalizing it.

Used to roll my eyes at the whole "personalize it" thing. Figured it was just a buzzword people threw around to make basic advice sound smarter. But seeing Jenny's example clicked for me. If you take a template and just swap out names, it's obvious and lazy. But if you actually dig into what makes that person tick and reshape the whole message around them, that's where things change. Makes sense now why some people get results and others don't. The system is just a starting point, not a magic bullet.
