Last week, a client from Phoenix asked me to bump up the invoice by 20% for no reason. I mean, maybe they think the IRS has a sense of humor? Idk, but it's like playing with fire and hoping you don't get burned. My buddy did something similar and now he's explaining it to a tax guy every month. Maybe it's just me, but that's a shortcut to a lot of trouble.
