A bride's mom in Austin said my wedding highlight felt like a 'real movie', not just a video, which got me thinking about how we frame our work.

Honestly, I always just called them 'wedding videos', but after she said that, I'm wondering if changing my whole service language to 'documentary storytelling' would actually help clients see the value more and maybe justify charging 15% more.

That Austin mom's one nice comment doesn't mean you need to overhaul your whole business.

That Austin mom's comment, Jordan, shows a real need my business should fix.

Oh man, @richarddixon, that reminds me of when my uncle tried to fix his roof based on one neighbor's advice.

Read a case study where one customer complaint led to a major fix that saved a company.
