PSA: My buddy told me to stop giving clients unlimited revisions...
He said it just invites endless tweaks and kills your profit. I finally tried capping it at three rounds on a recent wedding job, and the couple actually made better choices faster. Anyone else find a sweet spot for revision limits?

Totally agree, three is the sweet spot. Had a bride's mom ask for a fourth round of changes on the floral sketches, after we'd already ordered the flowers. What's the latest someone has asked you for a change?

What about the people who ask for a change after the event is over? I had a client email me two weeks after their wedding to say they wanted a different black and white edit on a photo because their aunt didn't like her smile. The files were already delivered. I just had to say no, the deadline was in the contract. It feels harsh but you have to draw the line somewhere.
