PSA: My buddy told me to stop giving clients unlimited revisions...
He said it just invites endless tweaks and kills your profit. I finally tried capping it at three rounds on a recent wedding job, and the couple actually made better choices faster. Anyone else find a sweet spot for revision limits?

Yeah, three rounds is the magic number for me too.

Totally agree, three is the sweet spot. Had a bride's mom ask for a fourth round of changes on the floral sketches, after we'd already ordered the flowers. What's the latest someone has asked you for a change?
