The reflection off that bank's front windows is BLINDING drivers at sunset.

It hit me how important anti-glare coatings are for street-facing glass. We should really push for that in local codes to cut down on accidents.

Noticed the same thing with all these new LED streetlights too. Feels like every surface downtown is trying to blind you by 5 PM. That glare just stacks up all day long.

Man, you're dead on about that @the_tyler. Those new LED lights are way too harsh. It's that cold blue-white color they chose, feels like a hospital parking lot. They just slap them up without any thought for where the light actually goes, so it bounces off every window and wet street. Makes the whole city feel tense and ugly after dark.

Try asking your city to switch to warmer color temps, like 3000K! The blue-white ones are usually 4000K or higher and cause all that glare. A few complaints to public works can sometimes get them to change the bulbs.
